The 23-year-old was stopped by officers who noticed her driving erratically.
She was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and later provided a breath test one-and-a-half times the legal limit.
The woman was stopped in Newtonhill, Aberdeenshire, at 1.30am on Boxing Day – just over 24 hours after she had passed her driving test.
