Cornelius "Neil" Horan, sometimes referred to as The Grand Prix Priest, danced a little jig outside Southwark Crown Court as former energy secretary Chris Huhne appeared, accused of perverting the course of justice over claims he persuaded his ex-wife Vicky Pryce to take his penalty points for a 2003 speeding offence.
