Hyper-realistic! During the flooding in Oxford there was a pub that had a sign outside saying "Riverside pub closed due to river being inside pub".
Reminds me of what happened to our fire drill. Our building had a scheduled annual fire drill that day, then it was suddenly cancelled. The reason was because there was an actual fire in the building.
