Goat and dog share strong bond

Mizzie and Bullseye, not quite a love story of titanic proportions but absolutely they won't be separated. They were handed in by their owner in Australia who could no longer afford to keep them. And what happened when they were housed apart stunned staff.

The goat was trying to climb the wire and the dog was trying to dig under the fence to get to the goat that's how strong their bond is. You'll know how it feels if you've ever been in a strange place alone. Australian travellers overseas do it all the time, gravitate to each other.

Bullseye the male and Mizzie the female are just sharing the loneliness. Animal attendant Trent Holley says, "I think that bond is something special and should be treasured." They sleep together they eat together. And yes there was one attempt at that.

Brisbane RSPCA manager Nanda Tengrotenhuis says, "Well it is love, you could call it love; it is a boy and a girl. I don't think there are going to be any babies." Both have now been desexed. So obviously the RSPCA wants someone with a heart, someone with a soul, someone who weeps at good love story or at least understand true mateship to take them both.
