The first poster may have noticed that the gondola is different in the two pictures. What they didn't notice was that the lines in the alternate view are pretty much horizontal, in the other they clearly slope down quite severely from the "house".
Indeed it looks like they may not be the same location.

Amazing...however the skeptic in me noticed a difference in the two pics...the 'gondola' is different.
The alternative view shows a bigger/covered gondola.
Hmmm...makes me question the first pic. Why could/would someone build a huge house on a rock, with a "rowboat" for access?
I tried to research this, no luck.
