They're just marks FFS.
If you're a christian you can't believe in curses and all that mumbo jumbo. It says so in your bible.
So if you believe in curses and such then you're not a christian. And if you're not a christian how come you're worried about the devil?
Also the lady's thought processes are seriously muddled. She's worried about it being a curse, but she's been driving about with those marks on the car for some considerable time. Over that time presumably nothing nasty has happened, which more or less proves that if it is a curse it doesn't work.
The pentagram is not satanic.
i think that this has more to do with the fact that car was intentionally damaged by someone other than the owner, not whether or not she is a believer in God.
Anonymous, the car was not damaged. The mechanic merely put some marks on the underside in liquid gasket or similar. This would not damage the car in any way. Indeed it's quite common to use such sealants to mark a car because it will peal right off. We used to use sealant to mark engines to say they had been serviced so nobody else would do the job. It was usually a matter of your intials and the date on top of the gearbox. Nothing satanic about that though.
It is clear that the story is all about the satanic implications of these marks. There's even a quote from the owner to that effect.
