Dismayed woman called 911 over poor-quality mugshot

A Georgia woman woman was arrested by Winder police officers last week after she called 911 to report her displeasure with a mugshot.



Tonya Ann Fowler, 45, of Commerce called 911 after seeing herself on the cover of Bad & Busted, a local publication that compiles images of recent arrestees, and said she was unhappy with the photograph taken following a previous arrest.

This was Fowler's second call to Barrow County 911. Her first was a request for someone to house her personal affects as she was being evicted from her current living quarters.



As a result of the 911 calls Fowler was afforded the opportunity to pose for a fresh booking photo since she was charged with unlawful use of 911 and disorderly conduct.
