Masturbating man, 64, chased children in his underpants

A 64-year-old Brandon was arrested on Thursday after masturbating in front of four children and later chasing them through the neighbourhood, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.

Anthony Lee Humphries was charged with four counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition in front of a minor and is being held on $7,500 bond at the Hillsborough County Jail.



Authorities say the children spotted Humphries masturbating while naked and watching them through the open front door of his home on the 3700 block of Southern Drive. The children ran away, but the man put on a pair of underpants and chased them down the road.

The children hid inside a house, and when they left a short time later, Humphries chased them again, deputies said. Humphries has denied having any contact with the children.
