A 32-year-old woman sustained multiple non-life threatening cuts after walking through a window at a Ridgefield, Washington, bank.
The incident happened at about 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the Sterling Bank in Simmons Steet. Ridgefield police and Clark County Fire & Rescue responded.
The woman mistook the window for a door, said Battalion Chief Tim Dawdy, Fire & Rescue spokesman. She stuck her hand out and walked through the window at full speed, he said.
Firefighters treated her cuts. She drove herself from the scene. The bank employees were very surprised, Dawdy said.
