Conservative MP Sir Tony Baldry lost control of his car and crashed it into a shop, a van, three other cars and a portable toilet.
Sir Tony had parked his black Mercedes car in Banbury and said the automatic vehicle had shot off when he bent down to pick up a dropped parking ticket.
Despite the MP trying to regain control, the car veered through the car park, took out a portable toilet, went over a small drop into a neighbouring road and then hit a wall of a Poundland store. It then hit a parked van and three stationary cars before coming to a rest against a concrete pillar while plastered with toilet paper from the portaloo.
No one was injured and Sir Tony is understood to have given a negative breath test to police. Sir Tony said it had been a scary incident. He added he had tried to steady and stop the car by sticking his right foot out of the door and on to the pavement.

I think sticking your feet out only helps if you're driving the flintstones' car.
