Man arrested for lifting his dress to expose his private parts

57-year-old, Californian man Lee Hazen Williamson was arrested last week after he allegedly lifted his dress to expose his genitals.

Williamson was arrested on Thursday afternoon and booked into the Lake County jail, where he is being held in lieu of $50,000.



Williamson, who was born in Austria and lists his occupation as “care giver,” was charged with both misdemeanor and felony indecent exposure charges.

He was also arrested last May after allegedly lifting his dress and exposing his genitals to fellow riders on a county bus (he was wearing a wig on that occasion, police noted). He was subsequently convicted of indecent exposure.
