Man with Halloween pumpkin in pie attack on woman

A woman had a pie thrown at her as she walked through Burnley town centre.

The victim was walking along Curzon Street, outside Home Bargains, when she walked in front of a man pushing a pram and carrying a Halloween pumpkin.



He responded by throwing a pie at her.

Police said the victim was left shaken by the incident which happened at around 12:20pm on Saturday. Anyone with information should call the police.
