He lives happily, (somewhere in the UK, I think), and has been checked by a vet to ensure he is in no pain. He can eat, sleep and do everything other sheep can.

Wow, so cool. I hope they keep him as a pet.
Perhaps caused by an injury/collision during gestation? Might a veterinary chiropractor help straighten things out?
