Bottom-slapping cyclist sought by police

Police are appealing for witnesses following two incidents in Derby. Two incidents have been reported to police where women have had their bottoms slapped by a man on a bicycle.

On Friday, November 16 at 11.15am a 23-year-old woman was walking in Allenton when she was approached from behind by a man on a bike who slapped the woman’s bottom and rode off.



Later that day at 8.15pm a 65-year-old woman was walking her dog near to Boots Chemist on Shardlow Road when a man on a bike approached her from behind and grabbed her bottom.

The man then rode off.  The man involved in both incidents was described as white, in his late teens and was wearing a white hooded top with a distinctive black pattern on it. He was riding a mountain bike.
