This stall opens in night market, thus the fried food, easier to attract tired night shoppers. Easier to prepare too.
Do they really sell fried seahorses and strawberries?
Arbroath they do. The place even in china is infamous for selling wacky fried stuff. Looking at the sign, Zha niubian = fried cow's penis... as well.
But cows don't have penises. Bulls do.r

Not sure whether u have heard of fried ice cream. It's a scoop of ice cream wrapped in thick coat of flour then deep fried till crisp. The right timing will ensure the ice cream inside is still solid and cold. It tastes pretty good =D
Ooh, no I've never heard of that before.I've heard of deep-fried butter, but not ice cream.
scotland has those deep fried frozen mars bars - coverded in batter, don't they, Arb??? p/b
