I wonder if this is a fake... I am told that cats and dogs cannot really see the picture on old CRT TVs, as the refreshrate is too low for them, making it look like a box of flickering light. With new flatscreen TVs this seems to be less of an issue, and I have to say that our cats now do interact much more with the image than before. Any learned opinions out there who can shed a light on this?
Cats are obsessed by movements. It possible, if they can't smell you, to sneak on a them by standing still when the cat is watching in your direction. I have done that numerous times.

That put a smile on my face. Thanks.
I don't normally like cat photos, but that one's actually pretty funny.
