Elderly lady drove car onto golf course and into bunker during US Open qualifying round

Golfers playing in a US Open qualifier at The Club at Emerald Hills in Hollywood, Florida were interupted by a vehicle driving on the cart path on the 11th hole.

However, it was not a golf cart, but a full-sized sedan driven by an unidentified elderly woman.

The woman drove all the way up the path until she decided to turn around in the middle of a bunker.

One of the participants, John Powers, was able to record the afternoon drive, capturing the scene on video.
