The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences handed their Six Star Diamond Award to the Menie Estate links in Aberdeenshire. Trump is a trustee of the academy.
Trump Organization chief operating officer Matt Calamari is also a trustee. And Trump’s son’s Donald Jnr and Eric are honorary trustees.
Coincidentally, the Trump National Golf Club in New Jersey won the award three years running. Trump said: “This is a real surprise – I’m honoured.”

The sad fact it, he probably really is honoured to get the award....
And the outrage by his enemies will give him more free publicity.
Meanwhile his sons will probably kill another elephant or other wild animal to celebrate.
