A thief was caught red handed when he stole a bunch of roses from a
flower shop while a live TV news report was being broadcast from outside the
florists.
Millions of viewers saw thief Andrzej Czapka, 30, reach through
an open window and steal the blooms in Lomza, Poland, in the background of a
local news report.

Czapka was caught by police later after hundreds of
viewers called in to say they'd recognised him.
"I'd broken up with my
girlfriend and I wanted to win her back with some flowers but I had no money,"
he told police. "I didn't even see the film crew," he added.
