According to the indictment, John Allan Raper, 19, of Chattanooga had sex several times with a girl between 3 and 13 years old.
Raper was booked into the Hamilton County jail before being released after posting $10,000 bond.
Raper is scheduled for a September 27 arraignment in Hamilton County Criminal Court.

Sex with a 3 year old is RAPE, not "sex". Ugh.

Just do the world a favor and shoot it in the back of the head. Save us having to support it in jail for the next fifty years.
@Emma, we don't know the age of the victim. The charge is rape of a child between the ages of 3 and 13, meaning they could be anywhere in that age range.
