Kevin Bridges probably won't be accepting David Cameron's invitation to Downing Street

Comedian Kevin Bridges has suggested he will snub David Cameron's invitation to a St Andrew's Day event at Number 10.

Scotland’s new comedy superstar isn’t known as the Tories’ biggest fan, so he was amazed when his embossed invitation to Downing Street on November 28 arrived.

The invitation says the Prime Minister "requested the pleasure of the company of Kevin Bridges at a reception to celebrate St Andrew's Day and the contribution that Scotland makes to the United Kingdom and to the wider world".

Kevin Bridges recounts the time he accidentally bought a horse. Or did he?

But the 26-year-old soon let Cameron know what he thought of it, posting a photo on Twitter with the message: “Got this through the door today. “My heart is saying ‘f*ck that’ and my head is saying ‘Aye, f*ck that’.” A Downing Street spokesman said they had seen Kevin’s response, and had no comment.
