Opposition spokesman for resources Gary Gray has been caught on camera eating his own hair.

As Labor colleague David Feeney addressed the House of Representatives, Mr Gray, seated just behind on the frontbench, scratched his head, extracted a hair from the right side of his scalp and then nibbled on it.
