Twerking banned in school after student set off fire alarm

North Naples Middle School in Collier County, Florida is now a twerk-free zone after a sixth grade twerking student slipped and triggered a classroom fire alarm in the process.

School officials would not comment on what happened after the twerking, but officials with the North Naples Fire Department confirm they were called to a false fire alarm at North Naples Middle School on Tuesday. Officials said students can be suspended for twerking on the school grounds.
