Man rammed school bus with his car before removing his trousers then crashing into pond

A man rammed a school bus with his car north of Creswell, Oregon, then took off his trousers as he tried to get inside the bus on Tuesday afternoon. The man drove off with two flat tyres as police closed in, eventually veering off the road and crashing into a pond.

State police got a report at 1:45pm that the car and bus were stopped on the side of the I-5. Another report indicated the man appeared to intentionally ram the bus with his car. Once the two vehicles had stopped, the man removed his trousers while trying to climb aboard the bus, according to reports to state police.

A female bus driver was alone on the bus during the incident. No children were involved. As police responded to the area, the suspect drove off. A state trooper tried to pull over the car, which was driving with two flat tyres. Instead, the driver attempted to elude the trooper, police said.

The chase came to an end when the car left the road, crashed through a fence and came to rest in a pond, submerged up to the windows. The driver came ashore and surrendered to police at around 1:55pm. The man was checked by paramedics before he was transported to the Lane County Jail. Criminal charges are pending.

I think the guy should have been sent to rehab or the psych ward.
