Motorist who passed out in field while having a poo was possibly under the influence of alcohol

A man from Cochranton, Pennsylvania accused of drunken driving attracted the attention of state police when he failed to relieve himself in a timely manner on the afternoon of January10th.

Police say the 70-year-old man stopped his vehicle at an intersection in Troy Township, Crawford County, and walked into a field to defecate.

The man fell asleep during his bathroom break and was spotted lying in the field by a passing motorist. Police and an ambulance were summoned, and the man was found to be under the influence of alcohol, troopers said.

The man is scheduled to appear in district court in February to face DUI charges.
