Ram-raiders smashed car into store in order to steal pack of beer

Two men smashed a car into a convenience store near Clear Lake, Houston at around 3am on Tuesday to steal an 18-pack of beer.

Surveillance video showed a silver Chrysler 300 backing into the store’s front doors, smashing the glass.

Two men wearing black masks then jumped out and ran into the store. Just a few seconds later, the pair were back in the car with their loot – a pack of Bud Light.

Police don't believe anything else was stolen. The store owner estimates damage at about $5,000. Customers of a nearby bar heard the commotion and called 911, but the suspects were gone when police arrived.

At least they didn't do it for a measly 6-pack. That would have been insulting.
