Wig and Penis pub sign removed
When water works closed streets to traffic, The Wig and Pen pub in Truro, Cornwall sensibly decided to let customers know it was still open for business.
Unfortunately, the creator of the sign for the pub, which takes its name from the Crown Court nearby, did not leave sufficient space between the words ‘pen’ and ‘is’. The sign has now been taken down.
