Men turned gay for a second following meth bust

Two men in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, found themselves behind bars despite looking for a creative way to get rid of three eight balls of meth. It started with a traffic violation, and what happened next was all caught on camera. Timothy Povlick was arrested for felony warrants, but in the video a white baggie can be seen in his mouth

Police said he had three eight balls of meth in his mouth. Officer Cheyenne Lee from Bartlesville police then arrested the driver, Derek Boff, placing him in the back seat with Povlick. When Lee returned to search the car, the video captured the two men talking. What they didn't realize is Bartlesville police have new dash cams that record audio. “We're going to have to be gay for a second,” said one of the men.

Bock tells Povlick he doesn't want him to die by eating all that meth, so the two decide to exchange the drugs. “It’s nasty bro, I’m telling you,” said one. “I know - do you want it?” said the other. “Try suck some of your saliva off of it and I will,” he responded. That's when the two kiss. “They ended up swapping a kiss to exchange the baggies in order to try to keep them concealed so we wouldn't find them,” said Lee

After Lee took them to the jail he went through the video. He said Povlick admitted he ate meth and had to go to the hospital where doctors had to work quickly to save his life. Bartlesville police said if it wasn't for the dash cam they would have been able to get away with a lesser charge, because they wouldn't have been able to hear what they were saying. Police said both men were charged with possession of methamphetamine and destruction of evidence.
