Golfer got his head stuck in bin

A golfer got his head stuck in a bin. Dave Sayer was taking part in a 24-hour charity golf tournament for Approach Staffordshire, an Alzheimer's charity, at Wolstanton Golf Club, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire, earlier this month.

Mr Sayer, from Cross Heath, said: "We were coming to the end of the day and I had been losing it a bit with a few bad shots. We'd all had a few beers. I said, 'I'm going to bin these clubs' but they wouldn't fit. I decided to go a step further.

"I went to put my head in the bin, but then I couldn't get it out." The 49-year-old businessman, who runs an upholstery firm, said: "I'm a bit silly anyway and we'd had a few beers.

"I was stuck like that for about 10 minutes until someone who had been carrying vaseline to avoid sores during the golf day helped get my head out. He rubbed it on my temples and behind my ears and I was able to get one ear out then the rest of my head. It did hurt a bit, but I was okay."

Even people suffering from Alzheimer's still have enough marbles not to do that. They've probably also got more wit than to play golf.

Hehe, just look at the clothes and you have an indication of the mental age.
