Back in 1938 a new portable electronic exercise device attached to gloves was introduced. You simply touched the part of the body that you wanted to improve. I can't imagine why this never caught on.
This is a contemporary funny, isn't it? I didn't see a bit of film noise in the video, and I doubt an original movie ad from the era would have been subject to detailed restoration.
My curmudgeonly companero - have you not fully explored the delights of the British Pathe collection???? Thanks to YouTube, there are tons of these films. They are wonderful, but this one is my new favorite.
