Firefighters used hooligan bar to rescue intoxicated lady trapped in pub toilet cubicle

Firefighters in Somerset were called out to rescue an intoxicated woman stuck in a pub toilet cubicle.



One appliance from Burnham on Sea attended the incident at the Crown Inn in East Huntspill shortly after 8pm on Saturday.



On arrival the crews found one intoxicated female trapped within the toilet cubicle and set to work using small tools and a hooligan bar to release her.    



The crews removed the door from the cubicle and checked the woman to ensure that she was safe and uninjured.
