The car was parked in a restricted bay outside the Park Tower hotel in Knightsbridge, London, when it was spotted by wardens.
The front wheel was clamped and a sticker placed on the window. The driver struggled to move his car as onlookers mocked his efforts.

Eventually a helpful passer-by explained to him that the clamp was attached to his front wheel and that he was in danger of damaging his vehicle.

Reminds me of the episode of The Simpsons when Homer goes to NY, his car gets clamped and he drives off with the clamp still attached to his wheel
