Firefighters used crane to rescue man from nightclub after he fell asleep in the toilet

Saturday night was eventful for one partygoer after he fell asleep in a nightclub toilet in Adelaide, Australia, and woke up to find himself trapped inside.



Police and firefighters were called to the Rocket Bar at around 6.30am, after the man found himself locked in the nightclub.

A police spokesperson said the drunk man had fallen asleep in the toilet and woke to find the club had closed.



The Metropolitan Fire Service were called to assist the man, who was stuck at the rooftop bar, and used the bucket on the truck’s ladder to bring him down. (Video).
