Investigation launched after trout found in post boxes

Postal workers in the west of Dundee, Scotland, have discovered trout left in three of their mail boxes.

The Royal Mail is investigating after the slippery items were deposited at boxes in Menzieshill and Birkhill.

The fish were posted on Monday and discovered after the post boxes had been emptied.

Local resident Phyllis Galligan, 82, said: “They must be off their heads to do that and have plenty money to be wasting trout.”

Many thanks Paul!

Without a stamp or an address they'd best just deliver it to the local cattery.
