The sign reads: "If you voted for Obama, seek urologic care elsewhere. Changes to your healthcare begin right now, not in four years."
Dr. Jack Cassell, 56, said he's not turning away patients, because that would be unethical.
Yet, he said if patients choose not to see him after reading the sign, that's OK with him.
William Allen, professor in bioethics, law and medical professionalism at the University of Florida, said the urologist may be within his rights if he doesn't quiz patients about their politics and hasn't refused to see anyone.

Must be he has lots of business...turning away 1/2 of potential customers.
Next, he'll complain that Obama ruined his livelyhood.
What is missing from this video? The same thing that has been missing from virtually every story on Obama's health care bill...facts.
This "news" report is nothing but fluff; where's the meaning? What's the point?
Following the typical form of the pro-Obama media, all this report says is "This guy is against Obama! This guy can't be trusted! This guy is against Obama! This guy isn't safe! This guy is against Obama! This guy has no conscience!"
I'm sure the doctor happliy told the reporter exactly WHY he opposed the new health care bill; and I'm also sure the reporter happily edited that information out. Reporting the facts may take the teeth out of the "Hey look at this Obama-hating psycho" angle the reporter was going for.
Most people couldn't be bothered with reading a bill to know what it REALLY says. They just read the bullet points and sound bites handed out by the media, and accept whatever they're told to accept.
I'm considered "low income" right now. I don't have health insurance, as I'm priced out of every plan offered by my employer. I don't qualify for any type of government assistance.
You know what this health care bill does for me? Makes me even poorer,
I now have to buy the health insurance from my employer that I can not afford, which will make it next to impossible to pay the bills or put food on the table every month. Sure, the government will help you pay for your insurance every month...in four years. And only IF you qualify for government assistance, which I do not.
Thank you very much, Mr President (and Congress, too!). My child and I might be homeless and slowly dying of malnutrition within the next year or so, but at least I'll have my health insurance!
I'm in the same position Anona. It's infuriating that people are defending health care. Tax, tax, tax, tax.
But at least we have our health insurance.

I will remember that I remain a member of society, with special obligations to all my fellow human beings, those sound of mind and body as well as the infirm.
If I do not violate this oath, may I enjoy life and art, respected while I live and remembered with affection thereafter. May I always act so as to preserve the finest traditions of my calling and may I long experience the joy of healing those who seek my help.
