Firearms stolen in house burglary

The police log of the Mexico Police Department in Maine recently reported a burglary in which several items, including a television, an Xbox, firearms, cash and other electronic items were stolen.





The printed version of the Rumford Falls Times contained slightly more detail.

Not sure why you think this is weird news. Firearms = weapons and are stolen all the time in house burglaries.

Is it usual for people to keep grenade launcher rounds in their homes?

There are not many homes in the UK or Europe that have handguns or grenade launcher rounds in 'em! Thankfully.

Honestly, this story doesn't raise too many eyebrows here.

But I can see why the rest of the world would be astonished.
