Couple arrested for putting on peep show in park causing boy to fall off his bicycle

Police  in Davis, California have arrested a couple accused of putting on a peep show for children along a park bike trail which caused one juvenile to fall off his bicycle.

Police say the woman flashed children at a Davis park as they rode by on their bikes, while her alleged accomplice captured it all on camera.

Police say Nicholas Bowen, 61, captured images of Wenyi Xu, 30, who wearing nothing but a long coat would open it up as people cycled past her. The incident took place at around 9:30am on Wednesday. Police say the unexpected peep show had a specific target audience - juveniles. One boy even fell off his bike when he saw the nude woman.

“It appears that she would expose herself, becoming nude, to the victims,” said Davis Police Lt. Tom Waltz. “What makes this more disturbing is they were targeting juveniles.” When a city parks worker saw the two in action, he called police, who arrested them for indecent exposure, annoying a child and engaging in lewd acts in public.

"annoying a child" is an offence? Surely most parents and teachers do that every day. Surprised the courts aren't full to bursting.

"Annoying me" should be an offence. Oh, wait, it is! But no bugger prosecutes the basturts.

And that really annoys me.
