Mini 'Peru Two' star at children's fancy dress contest

A little blonde girl and her dark-haired friend went to a fancy dress contest in Belfast on Saturday, dressed as the two British drugs mule suspects arrested in Peru on suspicion of trying to smuggle cocaine worth £1.5m out of the country.

The children posed with a placard, reading ‘Drugs is for mugs’, complete with suitcases crudely labelled 'Peru', mimicking Michaella McCollum and Melissa Reid being arrested at Lima airport.

It's not known if the girls won the fancy dress contest, but they definitely won top prize for originality.
