Mr Collins said that a curved Samsung and two Panasonic TVs were among those damaged. He could not confirm whether the customer paid for any damage.

Agree... who sets up TVs like that?
Double agree. Nobody sets up L5000 TV's like that. High-price TV's are always secured against accidental knock-over. IF this is legit, then the customer should NOT be held accountable for the store's weapons-grade stupidity.
