Indian women shame gropers by posting pictures on the net

A young Indian woman's revolt against sexual harassment has grown into a nationwide campaign designed to shame men who ogle, proposition and grope in public places.

Infuriated by what men euphemistically refer to as "eve-teasing" - anything from whispering obscenities to rubbing themselves against women - Jasmeen Patheja, 26, launched a website, Blank Noise Project where she posts pictures of men who she considers lecherous.

Hundreds of women from six Indian cities have joined her crusade in protest against what they say is daily humiliation.
