Actor's daughter in manure dispute

The daughter of actor Paul Sorvino is in deep doo-doo. Horses manure, to be exact.

On Tuesday, two large piles of horse manure were dumped in Amanda Sorvino's driveway in Polk Township by a waste removal company over a billing dispute.

"I'm just amazed at this," Amanda Sorvino said. "I think this is a really scary, criminal act. It's violent and vindictive."

Sorvino said the bill to remove manure from her property was $400 over what she was quoted last weekend. But Tina Daly, office manager for JBD Waste Hauling in Gilbert, said Sorvino used her father's celebrity to try to get out of paying the bill.

"You hear this stuff going on in other places, but when it hits you, it stinks," Daly said.
