A car dealer sent a customer an abusive poem by text after he complained about his new £14,000 Audi.
Ben Alison was also sent a photograph of the two directors of Pioneer Automotive Solutions laughing at him.
He bought an Audi A3 from the garage, but says he had nothing but problems with it and took it back to be repaired. When he picked up his car after weeks of wrangling with the firm he received the rude text.
It contained a picture of car dealer Jon Hawkins and co-director Dean Moses laughing.
With it was the message "There was a rude man from Bucks. Who too often used the word *****. He abused the seller. Did ya mum not tell ya. And now he's come a little unstuck."
Ben, from Gerrards Cross in Buckinghamshire, said: "I couldn't believe it when I opened the text message and saw them there grinning back at me. "I was so frustrated - I couldn't believe what had brought it on."
Mr Hawkins said the text message was a joke in response to Ben's behaviour. He said: "Maybe it wasn't the most professional thing to do, but he was calling us up and effing and blinding. He wouldn't talk to us properly. There are high spirits in the garage and we like to think we all have a sense of humour.
"It wasn't a case of laughing at him. We had a little dig but in a creative way."
