Couple's quads shock

Proud dad Daniel Morley salutes an awesome foursome - as he and pregnant girlfriend Dawn Tilt prepare to have quadruplets.

The couple already have three children but discovered Dawn, 31, was expecting again four days before Daniel was booked in for a vasectomy.

Because Daniel was awaiting a vasectomy - which he went ahead with as planned - the childhood sweethearts were not on any fertility drugs.

It means they have defied 729,000-1 odds to have quads. Three are identical but doctors are not yet sure if the fourth is as well - a 13 million-to-one rarity. Identical siblings occur where a fertilised egg splits into more than one embryo.

Now the excited parents are already thinking about the practicalities of life with seven kids.

Dawn asked: "How on earth do you manage a school run? I'm going to have five children under two, for goodness sake." Daniel added: "We've no idea how we will manage."
