Dominatrix dummy is whipping up a storm in Gloucestershire village

A dominatrix dummy placed outside a museum has infuriated residents. The leather-clad, semi-naked model welcomes visitors to the former Littledean jail in Gloucestershire. A parish councillor, Bernie Giles, said: “Miss Whiplash has caused a bit of a stir. She is not very inviting and I do not think it is very necessary.”

Andy Jones, the owner of the jail, which he has turned into a crime museum, said: “She ties in with the former use of the building, which was a house of correction built, in 1791. [She] is also a traffic-calming measure and helps to slow people down.”
