Traffic wardens banned from chip shops

Ttraffic wardens have been banned from two chip shops in Penrith because the owner claims they are being overzealous in the town.

Dave Harding runs Angel Lane Chippie and Scotts Fish Restaurant in partnership with his son.



Signs stating that traffic wardens will not be served were put in the windows of both shops last week.

He has urged other businesses not to serve the officials.
