Rollerblading pensioner Geoff Dornan has appeared in court for the second time in two weeks.
Sefton Council is bringing a case against the 71-year-old under the Good Rule and Government Act 2005, claiming that Geoff’s Chapel Street rollerblading exploits are a danger and a nuisance to pedestrians.
At North Sefton Magistrates yesterday the case was adjourned after the bench were unable to view all of the CCTV evidence put forward in the allotted time.
The delay leaves the Ormskirk OAP with an anxious wait until February 24 when the case is resumed.
