Police seek clumsy, rude, bald thief

Police are looking for a clumsy, rude, bald thief who tipped over a barrel of grease while trying to defecate in it, while immortalizing himself on a security camera.

The incident happened around dawn on Saturday, Oct. 3, at Palumbo's Pizzeria on McConnell Street in Stroudsburg. Police released details on Tuesday.



Workers arriving at the building found a 50-gallon drum of excess grease tipped over. When they watched security video to see what had happened, they saw a man attempting to defecate in the drum; while he was trying, the drum tipped over.

The man got up and cut metal tubing housing wiring, and ripped several feet of copper wire out of the tube. He then left the area. The camera shows the man showing up at about 6:25 a.m. and leaving at 6:36 a.m. He is a white male, 25-40 years old, bald and wearing gloves.
