Man accused of shaking his naked buttocks in stores

Police arrested a Shawnee man on Thursday on a complaint of indecent exposure after a shopper at a Target store said he exposed his buttocks, according to Oklahoma City police.

Sean Andrew McClendon, 33, was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on the complaint and later released on bail, jail records show. He has not been charged in the case. Court records show he pleaded guilty in 1999 to two counts of indecent exposure from a 1998 incident.

A shopper at a Target at 8315 N Rockwell Ave. said a man followed her around the store and exposed his buttocks, "shaking" it, in the garden section at about 7 p.m. Thursday, the report states. A shopper at a Target store at N Pennsylvania Avenue and W Memorial Road reported a similar incident earlier in the day.

An officer saw a man fitting the description given, later identifying him as McClendon, and arrested him after an interview at police headquarters.
