A man was arrested on suspicion of reckless driving after officials said he drove down a Glendale street in reverse.
49-year-old Gurgen Gukasyan was spotted driving his 1993 Mazda in reverse on North Glendale Avenue going about 30 mph by an off-duty police officer at about 6:00am on Saturday, officials said.
Gukasyan reportedly had his right arm on the passenger seat with his head turned when the officer saw him, looking over his shoulder as he drove in reverse.
Officials confirmed that Gukasyan was was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the incident.
