A strange request for an inmate in Utah after his attorneys want him to gain at least 50-pounds before trial.
Curtis Allgier is accused of gunning down a corrections officer during an escape attempt in 2007.
He went from 220 pounds to 170-pounds since being incarcerated. Preliminary testimony indicates Allgier was disarmed by a customer at a fast food restaurant.
But the defence maintains he went there to surrender. The defence thinks the weight gain will help convince a jury that a smaller customer couldn't have disarmed a 220-pound Allgier.

Yeah, because the jury won't be influenced by the neo-Nazi tats covering his entire body.
Kill it with fire -- Part Two.
Profiling again...just cuz he looks guilty...I'm sure the witnesses picked the wrong guy out of the police lineup.
